Second Floor – Three Bedrooms and Full Bath

The second floor has three bedrooms and a full bath. All rooms have been repainted an off white color.

Available –Bedroom C: 11′ by 9 1/2′ with a single bed, desk, dresser , book case, and small closet. There is additional clothing storage in downstairs bathroom and storage in the basement.

Bedroom A – taken by a female

is 12′ x14′ with full bed, two bookcases, desk-table, big dresser and 4 feet of closet space.

Bathroom

A full bath. Has a new vanity and off -white paint.  At present is the male bathroom.

Outside – Two car parking, small yard, flower garden

Outside is off-street parking (back of house in a driveway) for two vehicles. There is a small yard on the side of the garage and another small yard near the house.

The small flower garden in front has perennials.

Basement – Washer, Dryer, Storage

The basement has the washer and dryer.

You can store items in the “empty” basement.
